Welcome to East Caribbean Transfers. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
East Caribbean Transfers provides private transfers, VIP services, and excursions in Punta Cana and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Reservations and Payments
All reservations must be made through our website or authorized agents.
Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
4. Changes and Modifications
Changes to reservations (pickup time, destination, number of passengers, etc.) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if the changes affect the original booking details.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including flight information, pickup location, and contact details.
East Caribbean Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time.
6. Service Limitations
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
7. Liability
East Caribbean Transfers ensures vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and driven by professional chauffeurs.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or damages beyond our control.
8. Privacy Policy
Customer data is collected only for booking and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction.
